Parents should regulate their teens diet and exercise to prevent obesity. One reason is its an APPROPRIATE and healthy way for kids to live. Another reason is it wont effect them when they get older. Additionally, more parents should FOCUS on putting there kids on a diet that CONSIST of carrots vegetables and fruits instead of giving them junk food. In conclusion, I think instead of parents giving kids what they want they should cut down on the sugar and
fat and feed them some fruit or vegetables.
